Katy Perry ha sfornato un altro singolo orecchiabile, radiofonico che promette di scalare le classifiche di tutto il mondo. Dal suo ultimo album Teenage Dream la cantante ha riscosso grande successo, grazie a hit come Last Friday Night, Firework e California Gurls.
Part Of Me è il primo singolo della ristampa di Teenage Dream, intitolato
"“Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection”, contenente vari remix, duetti e canzoni scartate da TD.
Il brano è stato eseguito per la prima volta alla cerimonia dei Grammy Awards, performarnce che ricordava molto quella che fece Lady Gaga agli American Music Awards nel 2009.

E' senza dubbio un brano solare, molto semplice e catchy, tanto che ha debuttato nella prima posizione della classifica Billboard negli Stati Uniti. Tuttavia Katy Perry si riconferma come una cantante scontata, con poche doti vocali e che si mantiene sostanzialmente su un pop di facile presa, senza spingersi oltre.
